All images of floral designs are a guide only to the style of flowers that you will receive, flower availability varies within the season, please get in touch if you are looking for something particular prior to ordering

Indigo Rose Farm guarantees farmfresh flowers and quality of all flowers provided.

Refund Policy

We want you to love our flowers as much as we do, but on rare occasions mistakes may be made. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call us. If your dissatisfaction is any fault of ours, we’ll offer to put it right.

If you need to cancel or alter your order please contact us immediately. We cannot cancel an order for items that have already been picked or shipped (for non perishable items).

While all care is taken in selecting freshest flowers from our farm for your order, flowers are a perishable item. All complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving your item. We reserve the right to request a photo of the product to assist with the assessment of an offer of replacement or refund. If an item is replaced or refunded the original item must be available for return.

We are not able to provide a refund for delivery if you have provided incorrect delivery details. If the delivery details you have provided are incorrect you may be charged an additional delivery fee for redelivery to the correct address.

We comply with Australian Consumer Law in the instance of major faults/defects.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Students:

• Cancellations made 2 or more weeks prior to a booked workshop date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of a booked workshop date will not receive a refund.
  – where possible, every effort is made to fill your place with a student on the workshop wait list. If this is possible, Indigo Rose Farm can then refund your workshop fee* or keep your workshop fee in credit for up to 12 months so you can attend a future workshop. If the credit is not used within 12 months, it is forfeited.
  
• *If a workshop was paid via PayPal, the PayPal transaction fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation by me:

• A workshop may be cancelled by Indigo Rose Farm due to insufficient student numbers or unforeseen circumstances (eg illness, severe weather). In this event, you will be offered a full refund or option to reschedule.
